Doctor of Psychology Research Component, Department of Psychology, SHPS

This unit reflects the advanced research training components of the Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) research program. Students develop advanced research skills during the three years of the program, evidenced by the production of a major thesis (at the end of the program). In particular, students develop independent research skills in clinical psychology coupled with the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and the development of the required clinical competencies necessary for independent clinical practice.
